PRC through board resolution 2015-948 series of 2015 issued the schedule of licensure/board examinations for the year 2016. The list includes the deadlines for the filing of applications, practical examination, professional upgrading examination, special professional licensure board examination (SPLBE) and the target dates for the release of examination results.

As quoted from the resolution,
“Except for the board licensure examination for teachers, board licensure examination for nurses and board licensure examination for criminologist, the deadline for the filing of application, together with all the supporting documents, at the Central and Regional Offices shall not be later than 20 days before th first day of examination. If the deadline for the filing of application falls on legal or regular holidays and non working holidays, the deadline shall be on the immediate succeeding working day”
“No changes in schedule may be made without prior approval by the Commission. The Professional Regulatory Boards are further advised that their duties and responsibilities pertaining to the conduct of the licensure examinations shall take precedence over all their other functions. As such, they are strictly enjoined to observe the schedule of activities.”
