      letter c po. kasi "free" it includes elem and secondary. unless kung compulsory lang ang nakalagay sa question, elem ang sagot.

      its letter A. elementary is free and compulsory. High school is free but not compulsory.

      It should be Article XIV. In the said Article, Sec. 2 No. 2 which states – Establish and maintain a system of free public education in the elementary and high school levels. Without limiting the natural right of parents to rear their children, elementary education is compulsory for all children of school age;

      I think pakicheck na lang po yung question in no. 2 . I understand it asks about "free and compulsory" – so the answer is C

      The correct answer is letter c because it also talks about free education. But if the question only ask for compulsory then the answer will only be elementary. But it also talks about free education so included ang secondary ????

      under RPC po kasi, teachers are considered persons in authority. hence, upon assaulting teachers, one can be held liable under the Revised Penal Code, specifically on article re assualting persons in authority (couldnt remember which article)

      Indefinite Leave is granted to Teachers when the nature of the illness demands a long treatment that will exceed one year at the least. A teacher applying for indefinite sick leave of absence should submit a Medical Certificate (CS Form 41) and CS Form 6 (Application for Leave) stating the approximate maximum number of days he expects to be on leave, subject to change as the government physician may recommend.
