MANILA, Philippines – The September 2022 Librarian Licensure Exam (LLE) results including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees and overall performance of schools are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Medical Technology in three (3) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC announces that 250 out of 634 (39.43%) successfully passed the September 2022 librarian board exams.
The Librarian licensure exams was conducted on September 12-13, 2022 at testing centers located at NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao. The licensure exams were headed by the Board for Librarian Yolanda C. Granda and its member, Lourdes T. David.

Release of Results
Update September 16, 2022: Today is the target release of the Librarian board exam results September 2022. Congrats in advance future Librarians!
The September 2022 Librarian Licensure Exam (LLE) results are targeted to be released on Friday, September 16, 2022, according to PRC Resolution No. 1439 series of 2021 entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2022“. However, Librarian board exam results may also be out earlier or later than the target release date without prior notice.

Schedule of Registration
The schedule of online appointment for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the new licensed librarians will be held on the following date(s):

Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC official website via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
- One (1) piece short brown envelope
PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
The verification of ratings and test results for the Librarian licensure exams given by PRC Board of Librarians will be available online few working days after the posting of results.
Successful takers can refer to PRC official website and use the Verification Page to know their board examination passing rate.
As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name and last name and the birth-date.
The oath taking ceremony for the newly Licensed Librarians can either be done online, now referred as the “e-oath”. The application system for the e-oath can be accessed online via PRC dedicated portal via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and select “e-OATH” as transaction.
Inductees are required to print “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services.
Meanwhile, PRC has started to do scheduled face-to-face oath-taking for new licensed professionals. This section will be updated should PRC also conducts face-to-face oathtaking for new LLE 2022 passers.

Librarian Board Exams Summary (Stats)
Librarian licensure exams are among the programs with average number of examinees conducted by PRC.
In the most recent LLE held on September 2021, 113 out of 237 hurdled the exams. Francisco Fillon Magpantay Jr. from University of the Philippines – Diliman ranked first in the exams garnering 90.50% rating followed by Rebilyn Garcian Roman from City College of Angeles – Pampanga having 88.70%. Four (4) schools shared the top spot in the list of top performing schools. UP Diliman, Saint Paul University – Surigao, Adventist University of the Philippines and University of Mindanao – Davao City all got 100% passing rate.
On September 2019 Librarian licensure exams, 565 out of 1,024 examinees passed. Daniel Soriano Balbin Jr. from Benguet State University – La Trinidad ranked first in the exams garnering 89.75% followed by Allyana Macabulos Bermudez from University of Santo Tomas having 89.30%. University of the Philippines Diliman was the top performing school having 100% overall passing rate followed by Benguet State University – La Trinidad garnering 91.18%.
