Registration Requirements
PRC has now utilized the online registration of successful examinees, details of which are written in the portal.
Aside from the itemized results, certain important reminders from the board regarding oath-taking schedule and documentary requirements shall be obtained by a successful examinee, as outlined below:
- Online registration for the Issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be on May 27, 2016.
- Registration requirements: duly accomplished Oath Form, latest/current CTC or Cedula, 1 piece of colored passport ID picture with white background and nametag, 2 sets of doc stamps and 1 short envelope with name and profession written
- Submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee.
Update before the release of Real Estate Broker Board Exam
Real Estate Broker is one of the average-numbered programs being administered by the Professional Regulation Commission.
The examination has been given by the board composed by its Chairman, Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, and its members, Forencio C. Dino and Rafael M. Fajardo.
Previous Real Estate Broker Board Exams
On February 2016, 5,499 out of 9, 749 examinees passed. The official results were posted online 5 working days after the last day of exams. Antonio Felix Ortiga, from Foreign University ranked first in the said examination for having 89.90% rating, followed by an alumnus of Arellano University Pasay for having 87.75% passing rate.
During May 2015 Real Estate Broker licensure exam, 5, 220 out of 10, 370 passed the licensure examination. The results were released online after 4 working days. Kenneth Gelonga Gersabalino, an alumnus of University of the Philippines Visayas-Iloilo City got the top spot for having 86.50%. He was followed by Manuel Gepitulan Lisondra from Ateneo de Davao University and Voltaire Borja Salud from University of Sto. Tomas, both having 86.25% rating.
Target Release Date
According to the Commission’s Resolution No. 2015-948 series of 2015 entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2016”, the target release date for the results of May 2016 Real Estate Broker board exam will be on May 27, 2016 (Friday).
