MANILA, Philippines – The Superintendent (4th Class) passers in the July 2021 and August 2021 NAPOLCOM exams including the complete exam result and relevant announcements are released by the National Police Commission two (2) months after the conduct of exams.
As announced, a total of 1,744 or 16.69% out of 10,447 examinees hurdled the police examinations conducted by the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) last July 31, August 1, September 18 and 19, 2021 at designated testing centers nationwide. 919 passes the PNPE Examination representing 12.55% of the 7,325 PNPE examinees, and the combined 825 passers constituting 26.42% of the 3,122 in-service police officers who took the PNP promotional examinations.
Here is the distribution of passers in the promotional exams:
- Police Officer 1st Class Examination for Police Major and Police Lieutenant Colonel (17 passers);
- Police Officer 2nd Class Examination for Police Lieutenant and Police Captain (49 passers);
- Police Officer 3rd Class Examination for Police Master Sergeant, Police Senior Master Sergeant, Police Chief Master Sergeant and Police Executive Master Sergeant (173 passers); and
- Police Officer 4th Class Examination for Police Corporal and Police Staff Sergeant (586 passers)

NAPOLCOM exams for PNP Entrance and Promotional categories are scheduled twice a year to cater the growing number of aspiring police enforcers and officers. For this year, NAPOLCOM exam was scheduled on July 31, 2021 and November 2021.
The July 2021 NAPOLCOM PNP entrance and promotional exams were administered at testing centers located in Makati, San Fernando (La Union), Tuguegarao, Angeles (Pampanga), Cabuyao, Calapan, Iloilo, Cebu, Tacloban, Calbayog, Pagadian, Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Koronadal, Baguio, Butuan, and Cotabato, and in the provinces of Batanes, Cavite, Quezon, Albay, Kalinga and Tawi-Tawi. The conduct of the said exams is headed by NAPOLCOM Vice Chairman and Executive Officer (VCEO) Vitaliano N. Aguirre II.

Release of Results
NAPOLCOM is not yet disclosing the exact date of release of July-August 2021 NAPOLCOM exams results. However, based on the previous exams releases, results are normally published in two (2) months after the exams. Examinees can expect the results by September-October 2021 (estimated).
Per NAPOLCOM, the notification of results for July 2021 PNP entrance and promotional exams will be posted at NAPOLCOM Central Office located at DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, NAPOLCOM Building, EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, West Triangle Quezon City 1104 as well as at NAPOLCOM official website.
Meanwhile, official results of NAPOLCOM may also be released earlier or later than the estimated date without prior notice.
In the same licensure exams conducted last October 2019, April 2019 and October 2018 official result was out two (2) months after the conduct of exams.
Verification of Rating
The PNP entrance and promotional examinees (pass or failed) can refer to the NAPOLCOM official website and use the Online Verification of Ratings page to access their rating. This usually comes few days after the posting of results. As posted, examinee shall only provide the application number to know the rating.
A Report of Rating (RR) will be mailed to the examinee’s mailing address while the verification can be made at Examination Division, Personnel and Administrative Service (PAS), NAPOLCOM central office. The examinees who didn’t received RR can request certification from the same office upon payment of 150.00 pesos.
